Before taking xenglu met 12.5+1000 mg, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or if you have any other allergies.
Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: kidney problems (such as kidney dialysis), liver problems, dehydration, use/abuse of alcohol, heart failure, low blood pressure, high cholesterol, history of yeast infections in the vagina or penis.
