RABECID (Rabeprazole )reduces the amount of acid your stomach makes. It's used for heartburn, acid reflux and gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD) – GERD is when you keep getting acid reflux. Rabeprazole is also taken to prevent and treat stomach ulcers.
Storage
store at room temperature away from water.
Precaution
take your dose by mouth with or without food as directed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or split the tablet. Doing so can release all of the drug at once, increasing the risk of side effects. consult your physician pharmacist for more questions
