Maltofer Fol Tablet is helpful for the treatment of iron deficiency in adolescents and adults where the use of ferrous iron supplements is necessary. It contains iron in the form of iron polymaltose and iron carbohydrate compound. It contains Folic Acid and Iron as active ingredients.

Precaution
In cases of anemia due to infections or malignancy, the
substituted iron is stored in the reticulo-endithelial system, from
which it is mobilized and utilized only after curing the primary
