Introduction

Dr. Muhammad Ali is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with over 20 years of experience. He is a Clinical Associate Prof. of Orthopaedic, Joint Replacement and Trauma at a renowned Hospital in Lahore. He is trained in Revision Hip and Knee Replacement Surgery from QE 2 Hospital Halifax, Novoscotia, Canada. He Graduated from Nishtar Medical University Multan in 2002. He completed his Internship and General surgery residency from Nishtar Medical university Multan, Pakistan. After that he moved to Aga Khan University hospital for his Orthopaedic and Trauma Residency. After completion of his residency from Aga Khan University hospital and passing his FCPS (board) in Trauma and Orthopaedic surgery, he joined Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Centre (SKMCH &RC) Lahore; Pakistan.and completed his JOINT REPLACEMENT (Total Knee Replacements, Total Hip Replacements) &TUMOUR fellow ship. After that he moved to Italy to pursue his training in limb lengthening and Ilizarov surgery at Alessandro Manzoni Hospital, Lecco, Italy. He completed his 3rd Fellowship in Complex trauma at University Hospital Gasthuisberg(Leuven, Belgium). Prior to joining Shalamar Hospital Dr. Muhammad Ali had worked as a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic at Punjab Social Security hospital Lahore, Pakistan.Dr. Muhammad Ali is a member of numerous professional organizations and has served on many national and institutional committees. Currently he is working as an Associate Prof. Orthopaedic and doing routine Total Knee Replacement, Total Hip Replacement, Arthoscopic ACL reconstruction ,Complex trauma and Non unions He is a member college of physician and surgeon (CPSP) Pakistan since 2007. He is a fellow college of physician and surgeon (CPSP) Pakistan since 2011.
